I worked with Joyce at Muscatine County Community Services. The office was never the same when she retired. She was such a hoot to work with. Her quick white amused us all. Her consumers loved her which was understandable since she was a true warm, caring. Compassionate person. Her love of her pets was well known among us all. The world was truly a better place with her in it. She touched many lives. I will miss her. I wish my condolences to her family.
